No minimums or set up fees. |

Price includes 1 hour of FREE design (most jobs take 1 hour for design) Any additional |

time involved over 1 hour will result in additional art fees. |

All apparel prices listed on website include a 1 color design on 1 location (Any additional colors or print locations will be an additional charge). |

| ARTWORK |

Our graphic department can produce and design custom art for free (up to 1 hour of design time). |
| • |
CDA also offers DISCOUNTS to customers who use Custom Discount Apparel's pre-designed sample art or can provide us with PRINT READY logos. |

PRINT READY Logos MUST be in the following file formats: eps, ai or pdf (Vector Only). Photos must be jpg files at least 300DPI. |

ALL ARTWORK must be finalized and APPROVED by customer before printing. |

| PRODUCTION TIME |

Please allow 2-4 weeks after art approval for most items to be delivered. |
| • |
RUSH orders are available when production allows. |

| PAYMENT |
| • |
A $50 "commitment" deposit is required to start the artwork. A 50% deposit is due once the order is placed, and the balance is due upon pickup or shipment. |

We accept personal/business checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash (in-store only) or PAYPAL. |

| SHIPPING |

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. The cost of freight will be added to the final total of your order. Other freight services are available at additional charges. |
